STURGEON MONITORING PROGRAM
The California Department of Fish & Wildlife has initiated a very unique partnership with Gatecrasher Fishing. Our group will be participating in our states White Sturgeon tagging and monitoring program. We are honored to be selected and have our team of clients/friends become part of science.
SCAN - TAG
RECORD - RELEASE
While on your Delta Sturgeon adventure, your group will be hands on as you catch, scan, and assist in electronic tagging and the inputting of data. Your contribution will serve as the basis for CDFW to establish growth rates, migration patterns, spawn cycles and population estimates.
BECOME PART OF THE SCIENCE & MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Students pursuing higher education, or careers in science & medicine may also include our field work on their employment resumes and college applications.
